Aromatherapy Foot Rub Recipe
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 12 drops Lavender essential oil
- 12 drops Cedarwood essential oil
- 12 drops Peace & Calming essential oil blend
Mix together the ingredients in a glass jar and apply a dab on the soles of the feet prior to laying down in bed.
