Aromatherapy Foot Rub Recipe

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 12 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 12 drops Cedarwood essential oil
  • 12 drops Peace & Calming essential oil blend

Mix together the ingredients in a glass jar and apply a dab on the soles of the feet prior to laying down in bed.
